The Village of Baxter, located in Fort Mill, SC, continues to grow, bringing new families, services and jobs to the area. At the intersection of Sutton/Pleasant and Hwy.160, right across from Baxter, Pleasant Partners, a joint effort of Raley Miller Properties, Childress Klein Properties and Harris Teeter, continues its development work on the Harris Teeter site. Anticipated is a 45,000 square foot full line Harris Teeter store, a Blockbuster video, a bank, and other retail and service uses.
