Clear Springs Development Company Announces Partnership
With The Bell Moore Group

Clear Springs Development Company, L.L.C., has selected
The Bell Moore Group, Inc. of Charlotte to handle third party commercial
leasing and property management for Baxter Village Town Center.
The new 100-acre Town Center, currently under development, is located
in Baxter Village, a 1033-acre traditional neighborhood being developed
by Clear Springs Development Company.
"When fully completed, Baxter Town Center will include about
130,000 square feet of commercial space including office, retail,
hotel and restaurant sites available for sale and lease," explains
Alan Marshall, Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing for Clear
Springs Development Company. " We chose the Bell Moore Group
for their track record of success and professionalism in third party
leasing and property management."

and unique property, with numerous opportunities for a wide range

The Bell Moore Group offers a comprehensive range of third party
management, leasing, brokerage and consulting services. Operating
officers Rianne Bell and Lynn Moore are both Certified Property
Managers. Their combined experience in sales, leasing and property
management, includes over 1,400,000 square feet of retail space,
1,141,000 square feet of industrial, and 152,000 square feet of
office space, as well as over 1,450 multi-family units.
Jane Shepherd, a retail and office leasing associate with the Bell
Moore Group, will be the leasing agent for Baxter Town Center. Jane
brings 18 years of experience working for a diverse group of property
owners and developers in North and South Carolina. "With the
growth in Fort Mill, and the quality of development in Baxter, I
know this project will be a home run," explains Shepherd. "I'm
excited about the opportunity."
Home to the new Town Center, the Village of Baxter is a traditional
mixed-use neighborhood development featuring award-winning land
use planning and architectural design. The 1,033-acre development
includes single-family homes and townhomes. The plan ultimately
calls for approximately 1,300 homesites. Baxter is also home to
an on-site elementary school, public library, urgent care center
and over 500 acres of greenspace.
