Enhanced Baxter Website Offers New Services

Baxter Village has added a new “Home Search” feature to
its website – www.villageofbaxter.com – that allows visitors
to review a wide range of home styles available at the traditional
Fort Mill neighborhood.
“The new home search feature is a tremendous resource for potential
homeowners,” said Kerri Robusto, director of marketing for
Clear Springs Development Company, Baxter’s developer. “It
allows shoppers to catch a glimpse of what’s available at Baxter
before they visit.”
The Home Search feature is designed to compile a listing of homes
to fit selected criteria, such as price ranges, number of bedrooms
and bathrooms, or a builder. The information is then displayed in
an easy-to-read format that can be printed out and given to a Realtor®
or brought to the Baxter Information Center to discuss in more detail
with an individual builder sales representative.
In addition to the Home Search feature, the Baxter website includes
improvements to the navigation bars that make it easier to surf
for a range of information on living at Baxter, including detailed
descriptions on the Community Center, technology offerings and open
spaces.
The redesign also includes easier navigation to Baxter’s community
network and updated maps and site plans.

The Village of Baxter is a mixed-use neighborhood being developed
by Clear Springs Development Company. The 1,033-acre development
includes single-family homes and townhomes, as well as more than
400 acres of open space. Baxter also will include a medical complex
and retail and commercial development.
