Village of Baxter becomes picture-perfect with the addition of Expressions photography studio

Baxter Village is pleased to welcome Expressions photography studio to the community.  Slated to open in early June, Expressions will be located in the new Market East building in the Baxter Town Center next to Turtles & Teacups children’s boutique.

“Baxter is a beautiful location and the people here are great,” said owner and photographer Crystal Fadness.  “I checked out Baxter a year ago and, in that time, it has already grown so much. This is going to be a fantastic place to open a photography studio.”

Expressions will specialize in portraits, weddings, bridal portraits, children’s portraits, and more.  A photographer for eight years, Crystal Fadness enjoys the different aspects of each type of photography.  “I like getting that one special shot that people can look back on for years.  It’s something they’ll always remember and treasure, and it is incredible to be a part of that.”

Expressions is a technologically advanced studio that utilizes a unique form of digital photography.  With special software, the studio can apply any of ten different effects to each photo, according to the wishes of their clients.  They offer three set packages, two of which come with an album containing twenty different proofs.  “We’ve set up these packages to make sure that our clients are getting the most for their money,” adds Crystal.  “The proof albums are great for scrap booking, too.”

Other Market East tenants currently include Encore Studios, a dance, tap, ballet, and jazz studio; Turtles & Teacups, a children’s boutique; Computer Clubhouse, a computer school for kids; Noah’s Art, and arts and crafts school, and A Dwelling Place Realty.

Market East is a part of the Baxter Town Center, located within Baxter Village, a 1033-acre, mixed-use traditional neighborhood located off I-77 at exit 85 in Fort Mill.  Over 750 families have purchased homes in Baxter, with approximately 600 more lots under development or planned.  When fully complete, Baxter Town Center will consist of over 380,000 square feet of commercial and civic uses.  The Town Center is already home to a Starbucks Coffee, the state-of-the-art Fort Mill YMCA facility, Fort Mill Public Library, Piedmont Urgent Care, Orchard Park Elementary School, and Field of Dreams Nurture and Education Center, along with numerous shops, restaurants, and professional offices.
