The Gold At Annual Awards Ceremony

Clear Springs Development Company received five awards
for excellence in promoting Baxter Village in Fort Mill, SC. At
the annual Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) awards
ceremony, the Home Builders Association of Charlotte awarded Clear
Springs with two Gold and two Silver awards, as well as the Marketing
Director of the Year honor.
Homebuilding professionals from across the country
choose the winners based on overall excellence in marketing. This
year, the Village of Baxter's "Smart Move" ad received
a Gold Award for Best Color Magazine Ad, while Baxter's Sales and
Information Center also received top honors. Baxter's newsletter,
"Front Porches", received a Silver Award in the Community
Newsletter category, and a Silver Award was also bestowed for Best
Brochure for a Community.
Clear Springs Marketing Director Kerri Robusto was
named Marketing Director of the Year for her work in positioning
and promoting the Village of Baxter. "It is such an honor to
be recognized by your peers, especially in a market with such talented
competition," said Robusto.
The Baxter community newsletter, "Front Porches",
the winning "Smart Move" ad and the community brochure
were all produced by The Jewell Agency of Charlotte. A full-service

has worked closely with Clear Springs Development to create and
maintain Baxter's unique and successful image.
