Village of Baxter captures Gold Awards and more at last weekend's MAME Awards
Fort Mill, SC – April 14, 2006
When it comes to getting the word out about an innovative community, Baxter Village is a proven winner. On April 8, Baxter Village was presented with five major awards during the Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) ceremony sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Charlotte (HBAC), including Gold Awards for Baxter's Newsletter and latest Print Ad. "We know what an incredible community Baxter is," said Kerri Robusto, Sales, Leasing and Marketing Director for Clear Springs Development Company. "But, it's great to receive this kind of recognition, and to know that our marketing efforts are considered among the very best." The HBAC hosts the annual event to recognize residential builders and developers for their efforts in new home and community marketing and sales.
In addition to the two Gold Awards, Baxter was honored with a Silver Award for Best Community Amenities, a Silver Award for the community's website, and a Silver Award for their latest Radio ad. Two of Baxter's builders were also recognized for their achievements: David Weekley Homes captured the Gold Award for their company brochure, and Saussy Burbank's brochure took home the Silver.
"We'd like to thank everyone involved for making the Village of Baxter an award-winning community," adds Kerri Robusto.
