A NEW EDITION TO THE BAXTER NEIGHBORHOOD!
Fort Mill, SC - March 15, 2007 -- Pulte Homes, Inc. introduces townhome plans for Baxter Village in historic Fort Mill, South Carolina.
Modeled after small-town life of yesteryear, Baxter Village offers everything from great boutiques and eateries, seasonal festivals, and a Village Green, to wide open places to play. Baxter Village is a neighborhood setting where a walk to the nearby ice cream shop is a family excursion, and a neighbor’s friendly hello greets you as you stroll by. Though characterized as an old-fashioned neighborhood, Baxter Village has encompassed new generation innovations like homes wired for technology, wireless hot spots, walking trails, and a childcare center, making Baxter Village both traditional and practical.
