Village of Baxter Debuts New Website
Fort Mill, SC – January 12, 2003

Logging on to the newly expanded and redesigned www.villageofbaxter.com now provides even more information and options to those considering a new home. While the website address has not changed, the site has been redeveloped in a more user-friendly format. New features include an Interactive Masterplan, with maps and an overview of the Masterplan for the community. A new Home Search function enables visitors to search and view all available floorplans and elevations. “People interested in the Village of Baxter can gather more information in advance from their own home or office,” said Kerri Robusto, Director of Marketing for Clear Springs Development Company. “Then, when they’re ready, they can contact us for more information.” In addition, the new website’s Virtual Tour page shows 360 degree views of some of the many available amenities.

Baxter’s homes are widely recognized as unique in design and amenities. But beyond that, “It is the community itself that makes Baxter even more distinctive,” added Kerri Robusto. “That’s why we have included more information about the community itself. And we’ve done that in a very user-friendly way.” This community information includes a Community Calendar, giving visitors a glimpse of the many activities happening at Baxter. A PDF file of Baxter’s latest newsletter can also be viewed and printed. Visitors to the site have the option of joining an e-mail database, to receive news and updates on the community, as well.

Baxter Village is a 1033-acre traditional neighborhood that blends the architectural charm and sense of community of the past with the technology and convenience of today-all in an environmentally sound manner designed to enhance the Fort Mill area. Located off
I-77 at exit 85, Baxter is now home to over 470 families, and is planned for over 800 more homesites. Baxter is also home to an on-site elementary school, public library, urgent care center, over 500 acres of open areas and a YMCA is under construction.
