Local Realtors Cash In With Baxter Bucks.
December 16, 2002
Local realtors were recently honored for their
success in selling homes in the Village of Baxter. For each home
sold in the neighborhood between January 1, 2002 and December 5,
2002, realtors received Baxter Bucks, a $500 cash bonus
paid by Clear Springs Development Company/Baxter Village and the
builder of the homes sold.
We want realtors to know that we appreciate their hard work
and their enthusiasm in promoting Baxter Village, says Kerri
Robusto, Marketing
Director for Clear Springs Development Company. Baxter is
such a unique neighborhood, and these realtors have been instrumental
in spreading the word about our community.
The Village of Baxter sold itself to my client. All I had
to do was show it. Its just a wonderful community that immediately
feels like home, says Gail Redmond of Allen Tate Realty.
Due to an ice storm and resulting power outages, Baxter was unable
to host a planned Baxter Bucks Cash-In Celebration party. However,
bonuses were sent to each Realtor to be honored, along with a lucky
bamboo plant as a symbol of continued good fortune and prosperity.
The following received Baxter Bucks: Cathy Frye, Jeri Alexander,
Jackie Fling, Diane Mowery, Sherri Stinecipher, Amy Bovender, Ann
Langman, Gaylene Price and Gail Redmond of Allen Tate; Dallas Jamison
of CD Realty; Barbara Ferguson of Century 21 - First Choice; Dale
Cranford, Nancy Alexander and Beth Smith of Coldwell Banker; Kathy
Miller of Coldwell Banker Stepp Tuttle; Laurie Schweikert of Cottingham
Chalk; Michael Nestor of Dickens Mitchener; Mary Atkinson of First
Properties; Carl Fochler of ERA Panther Realty; Linda Ritchie, Winnsie
Apple and Steve Honaker of Prudential Carolinas; Tammy Thompson,
Kent VanSlambrook, Julie VanSlambrook, Elaine Eschert and Kevin
Holder of ReMax; Darryle Lewis of Rinehart Realty; and John Springsteed
of Springsteed Realty.
