D.R. Horton Homes, the newest builder at the Village of Baxter, will begin construction later this month in the current phase of homebuilding at the traditional Fort Mill neighborhood.

“D.R. Horton officials expect to break ground later this month on their model home on Third Baxter Crossing. The builder’s homes in Baxter will range between 2,500 and 4,000 square feet and will be priced from the $250s to the $400s.

In addition, the homes will include Classical, Colonial and Arts & Craft style elevations, many full brick designs, front porches, some detached garages, 3rd floor walkups, and flexible space. Some homes will feature master bedrooms downstairs.
