Don Killoren – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Don is also a partner in Celebration Associates formed with Charles Adams in 1997. Celebration Associates is a development and consulting company specializing in traditional neighborhoods and resort properties. Previously, Don was Vice President of Community Development for Walt Disney Imagineering and Vice President and General Manager for Disney’s Town of Celebration. Don is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and received a Bachelor of Science in Land Development from Georgia State University in 1972. He and his wife, Ellen, live in Charlotte with their three children. Affiliations:
James joined Clear Springs Development
Company in November 1997. James Prior to joining CSDC, James worked with First Carolina Investment, Inc. for 20 years. First Carolina is a publicly held company that formerly specialized in large master planned communities and owned a broad variety of properties. James was involved in the development of Park Crossing and Providence Country Club in Charlotte and North Valley in Atlanta. James received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from UNC Charlotte in 1971. He and his wife Becky live in Fort Mill. Affiliations:
Prior to joining CSDC, Kerri was a Regional Marketing Director for David Weekley Homes in Houston, Texas. Kerri lead and oversaw the marketing efforts for new cities including Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, Tampa and the Orlando markets. She was also involved in the launch of David Weekley Homes in the Celebration Florida project. Kerri graduated in 1994 from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Real Estate. She and her husband Chris live in Baxter Village in Fort Mill. Affiliations:
Alan joined CSDC from Grubb & Ellis/Bissell Patrick of Charlotte, where as Senior Retail Specialist he was responsible for the majority of retail transactions, leasing and sales. Since relocating to Charlotte From Wilmington, NC in 1988, Alan’s career has included property and construction management, landlord and tenant representation, renovation and repositioning of retail shopping centers, site acquisition and disposition, as well as retail leasing, site sales and general retail brokerage. Alan received his bachelor’s degree from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, N.C. He lives in Charlotte with his wife Dana and two children. Prior to joining CSDC, Dan worked as a landscape designer for DPR Associates of Charlotte and Cassway-Albert Ltd. in Philadelphia, PA. He also has a background in residential home building with his father’s custom home building company. Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University in 1994. He and his wife Tara live in Baxter Village in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Prior to joining Celebration Associates in April 2000, Mike was a Project Manager/ Development Coordinator with LandDesign Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina. during his seven year career with LandDesign, Mike managed a design team which conducted master planning, design development, and project development/ coordination on a variety of projects. These projects included large scale master planed communities, neo-traditional design and development, regional planning, golf course design, urban design and developments incorporating mixed use, commercial, office, single family and multifamily program elements. Mike also sits on the architectural review board for Baxter Village and helps oversee the design and implementation of product. Mike earned a BSLA from West Virginia University in 1993 and is registered in both North Carolina (#909) and New York (#1594). Don
has overall responsibility for designing and developing the Close
Family’s 7,000-acre Clear Springs master plan. The overall
plan includes several mixed-use villages as well as office parks,
retail centers and light industrial parks.
oversees
the day to day development of Baxter Village, but is involved
in all aspects of the Clear Springs Plan.
Kerri
joined Clear Springs Development Company in August 1998, and is
responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plans
and budgets for the Clear Springs properties. 
Alan
oversees the leasing and sales of all retail and commercial property
owned by the Close Family in Fort Mill. His immediate priority
is the Town Center in Baxter Village.
Dan
joined Clear Springs Development Company in January 2000. Dan
oversees the Residential Builder program for CSDC, responsible
for the implementation of architectural details, site planning
and landscaping on each home and is part of the Architectural
Review Committee. In addition, Dan is involved in the master planning
of residential lots for CSDC. In November 2001, Dan added the
role of Association Manager for the Baxter Community Association
to his responsibilities.
Mike
serves Celebration Associates as the Landscape Architect and Planner
for all company projects. Through Celebration Associates, he is
very involved in all Clear Springs Development Company projects.
Mike is responsible for all master planning, design development,
and project coordination.
Cindy
oversees the accounting and financial reporting for Clear Springs
