At the heart of the Village of Baxter is our Community Center. Built to resemble the historic courthouse in Chester, S.C, it adds flavor to our small-town atmosphere. Spend warm summer days relaxing by our swimming pool or having lunch at the snack bar. Have your holiday party, birthday, wedding or garden club meeting in the gathering rooms with complete access to the kitchen. We even have a Director, who is busy planning and implementing activities for the residents throughout the year.
